Claims and returns

Should you be unhappy with your purchase please get in contact with us here and we will sincerely do our best to help resolve any issue you may have, and to guide you through the returns process.

Faulty items

In the event of a faulty item, you must contact us before returning an item. Your warranty claim will be handled in accordance with Australian law and we will fulfil our legal obligations to you and your product. This means you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If these cannot be achieved in a reasonable time period, you will be entitled to a full refund.

We are not liable for fees charged by unauthorised warranty repair agents. All returns and warranty work must be authorised by us and completed by authorised repair agents.

General returns

Before reading this section, please note that faulty, damaged, or broken goods received by you the customer are not subject to the terms outlined in “general returns”.

You must make a claim within 7 days of receiving the item (i.e. the delivery date). If you fail to provide us with such notice, then to the extent permitted by law, the goods must be treated as having been accepted by you.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all costs associated with the return of goods (including, to us, from us, to you, or to any third party) must be paid by you as the customer. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this policy for claims and returns.

Goods returned to us must be unsoiled, unopened, undamaged, packed, and wrapped in original packaging which includes original documentation. Faulty, damaged, or broken goods are not subject to this restriction.

We accept no liability for any damage that occurs to any goods in return transit. Faulty, damaged, or broken goods are not subject to this restriction.

Change of mind returns

We do not accept change of mind returns. We will do our best to help resolve any problems you may have if you are unhappy with your purchase, but we cannot accept goods back unless there is reasonable cause.

Return Procedure

We do not accept returns without prior contact. If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us before sending anything to our location. If you send an item to our location and we do not accept your return, you are responsible for that item and its return freight cost.

For all accepted returns (excluding faulty, defective, or damaged goods), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, administration fee, freight charges, and any loss of profit fees deemed by us. Our standard restocking fee is twenty (20) percent.


We are honest merchants who go above and beyond to serve our customers well. We are fully committed to abiding by Australian Consumer Law. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty good, we will happily comply with Australian Consumer Laws and provide you with a solution as quickly as we can.
